Families in the running for fun

More than 800 families from Shanghai and neighboring cities take part in a 4.2-kilometer race as part of the 2019 Shanghai Employees Family Marathon on November 16 in Jiabei Country Park in Jiading District. The competition for employees and their children featured sports activities and let them enjoy the charm of the countryside. After the running competition, families participate parent-child football and basketball games and simulated golf. They are also able to take selfies in front of the straw art pieces as the first Jiabei Straw Culture Festival is underway with much work on display. — Li Huacheng
